we are located in San Antonio, TX, a great city that we now call home.

our story started in 2013 with we opened yellowfish sushi at 9102 wurzbach.

since day number one, we focused on product value to our "swimmers" and customer service. we believe that our swimmers are "numero uno". while growing up in Mexico City, we always liked sushi and we decided to create a fun fusion between Japanese and Mexican cuisine. We called that fusion "Japamex".

in 2017 we launched "pinkfish" the first virtual restaurant in san antonio, using uberEATS as our platform offering take out and delivery service only.

in 2020, right before the pandemic hit us, we opened "El Pastor Es Mi Señor", bringing authentic Tacos Al Pastor estilo cdmx (Mexico City). We always thought San Antonio was ready to try one of many, but fantastic recipe of Tacos Al Pastor, and that is how this new concept was born.

it has been a great family adventure along with great employees along the way. we became friends with customers and vendors and thanks to all of them, we were able to grow.
